First crafted in 1976, this classic Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet has always been a favourite. Supple and concentrated with dark fruit, cassis, herbs, mint and dark chocolate tones, it is a wine with broad appeal. It will be superb with pepper steak or grilled ribs.
